Recommended Time Off for Facial Rejuvenation Surgery
If you undergo a facial surgery, bruising and swelling are quite visible, which means that these symptoms need to be resolved before you return to your job. It's common to take the following amount of time off from work:
- Brow Lift – 1 to 2 weeks off from work
- Facelift – 2 weeks off from work
- Rhinoplasty (Nose Job) – 2 weeks off from work
- Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) – 2 weeks off from work
Recommended Time Off for Body Contouring Surgery
For body contouring procedures, bruising and swelling is concealed, allowing you to return to work when the treatment areas have healed enough. The following time off work is common:
