Dr. Hardy: I'm Dr. Stephen Hardy. I'm a plastic surgeon at Northwest Plastic Surgery here in Missoula, Montana. I've been practicing here for 18 years.
Angela: My name is Angela Hardy. I'm the Chief Operating Officer at Northwest Plastic Surgery Associates. So my role at Northwest Plastic Surgery is exactly what my title says. I'm the operations officer. I handle all of the background operations of the practice.
Meagan: My name is Meagan Gray-Kuchel, and I am a nurse practitioner here at Northwest Plastic Surgery Associates. I get to do all kinds of things from laser treatments to Botox injectables. I get to see Dr. Hardy's postoperative patients quite a bit.
Angela: The staff at Northwest Plastic Surgery is amazing. We've had most of our staff here for multiple years. Heidi, Dr. Hardy's surgical tech, works very closely with him, with his patients and his surgical patients, helping them understand the procedure just as well as Dr. Hardy does. Tiffany, the practice manager, has been with us for a very long time, and she knows everything that's going on from the patients and all of their issues to what Dr. Hardy's schedule is to what all of the other employees' schedules are.
